About This Position:

As a Principal Product Manager for Agentic AI Platform at G-P, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Agentic AI strategy and driving the success of platform capabilities that enable AI-powered experiences across our products and operations. You will work at the intersection of AI, platform services, developer experience, security, data, and enterprise SaaS.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience: 15+ years of product management experience, including owning and driving large-scale technology platforms, AI products, developer-facing products, or enterprise SaaS capabilities across multiple lifecycle stages.
  • Agentic AI Product Thinking: Strong understanding of how AI, LLMs, agents, tools, workflows, automation, and orchestration can be applied to enterprise SaaS products. Ability to think beyond chatbot experiences and define how AI can help users complete meaningful tasks and business outcomes.
  • AI Quality and Governance: Familiarity with AI evaluation methods such as golden datasets, test suites, trace analysis, human review, LLM-as-a-judge, regression testing, and production monitoring. Strong awareness of AI risks around accuracy, privacy, security, explainability, permissions, and compliance.

About the role

We are seeking an exceptionally agile, versatile, and AI-native Sr. Product Operations Manager to be the lynchpin between our strategy, day-to-day operations, stakeholders, and internal teams. This role is critical for driving consistency, efficiency, and excellence across the product management function.

Join Axon’s Business Solutions team as a Business Solutions Architect / Product Manager responsible for Axon’s Finance Systems portfolio. This role owns delivery and ongoing product management for critical finance platforms that support close, consolidation, revenue recognition, compliance, and financial reporting. In the near term, you will lead two high-visibility initiatives: the implementation of Axon’s Finance & Accounting Consolidation platform and a major RevStream upgrade. Product & Program Leadership

  • Act as the product manager and delivery lead for Axon’s Finance Systems, including consolidation, revenue, close management, and reporting platforms.

  • Lead the Finance & Accounting Consolidation implementation end-to-end: scope definition, roadmap planning, delivery execution, stakeholder alignment, and value realization.

  • Own the RevStream upgrade and future revenue system enhancements, ensuring alignment with revenue recognition standards and Finance strategy.

  • Translate complex finance, accounting, and compliance requirements into clear product requirements, prioritized backlogs, and phased delivery plans.

  • Drive cross-functional execution across Finance, IT, Engineering, Data, and external vendors.

  • Own release planning, UAT strategy, cutover readiness, and post-implementation adoption.

  • Ensure regulatory, statutory, and tax requirements (GAAP, statutory reporting, GAAP-to-Tax, Pillar 2, revenue recognition) are embedded into product scope and validated.

Product Ownership & Governance

  • Serve as the system/product owner for assigned Finance Systems, accountable for roadmap prioritization, tradeoffs, and platform health.

  • Establish governance for finance system changes, data quality, financial hierarchies, and master data in partnership with Finance and MDM teams.

  • Partner with solution architects and engineering leaders to review designs and manage dependencies (without owning technical architecture).

  • Define success metrics, track adoption, and communicate outcomes, risks, and tradeoffs to Finance and IT leadership.

  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve controls, and scale finance operations through automation and workflow improvements.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 8+ years of experience in finance systems, business systems product management, or enterprise delivery roles

  • Deep understanding of financial close, consolidation, revenue recognition, reconciliations, and statutory reporting

  • Proven experience owning complex finance system initiatives (e.g., consolidation platforms, revenue systems, close automation)

  • Experience with platforms such as OneStream, Oracle EPM, Workiva, BlackLine, RevStream, or similar finance tools

  • Strong product management capabilities: roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization, stakeholder alignment, UAT leadership, and phased delivery

  • Technical fluency with ERPs and analytics platforms (D365 F&O, Snowflake, Power BI, Sigma) sufficient to partner successfully with engineering and data teams

Purpose of the role

The Chapter Area Lead for Operations and Checkout Tech drives functional excellence and capability development across all four Chapters in its area – spanning in-store operations technology, checkout systems engineering, and solution management for customer invoice and payment. As Chapter Area Lead for Operations and Checkout Tech, you shape the engineering and solution management backbone of METRO’s in-store experience. Your work directly enables METRO’s stores in 20+ countries to operate efficiently – from the moment goods arrive in the store to the moment a customer pays at checkout.

You will lead four Chapters that build and maintain the technology powering:

  • In-store operations platforms: stock visibility, ordering, inventory, and store execution tooling used daily by METRO store staff
  • Checkout and payment systems: POS engineering, self-checkout technology, and checkout flow optimization across METRO’s global markets
  • Customer Invoice and Payment solutions: end-to-end invoice generation, payment processing, and financial document management for B2B wholesale customers
  • Cross-cutting solution management: end-to-end coordination with external partners and internal squads for outsourced operational solutions

You unify these Chapters under a coherent technical direction, remove functional blockers, and ensure that your Chapter Leads and their teams can deliver with speed, quality, and alignment to METRO’s Grand Slam objectives.

Job Description

Lead the Chapter Area – Operations and Checkout Tech

  • Be accountable for the continuous development and functional mastery of all four Chapters within your Chapter Area: Operations Engineering, Checkout Engineering, Operations & Checkout Engineering, and Operations & Checkout Solution Management
  • Ensure the Chapter Area adheres to METRO-wide standards in tooling, methodology, and governance, aligned with ABR/QBR processes
  • Translate functional priorities – including those specific to POS systems, checkout flows, and operations platform architecture – into enablement initiatives for Skill Chapter Leads
  • Align Chapter Area contribution to METRO’s Grand Slam objectives and support strategic initiatives across the Operations and Customer Invoice & Payment platforms
  • Act as the main point of contact for technical expertise in operations and checkout domains, supporting Platform Leads and Squad Leads
  • Foster a strong culture of learning, innovation, and transparency across central and local IT functions, particularly bridging the large Romania-based engineering community (101 FTE) with Germany-based and METRO global teams

Drive People & Capability Development

  • Act as the disciplinary line manager for the four Skill Chapter Leads: Operations Engineering, Checkout Engineering, Operations & Checkout Engineering, and Operations & Checkout Solution Management
  • Ensure skilled resources are available for staffing into squads across the Operations and Customer Invoice & Payment platforms, including management of the significant external workforce (~81 EXT FTE)
  • Lead Skill Chapter Leads by example, coaching them to build capabilities in checkout engineering, POS technologies, operational tooling, and payment processing aligned with METRO’s harmonization and standardization goals
  • Identify skill gaps – especially in emerging areas such as self-checkout, real-time inventory, and B2B payment innovation – and support recruiting, upskilling, and internal mobility in collaboration with People & Culture
  • Oversee the stabilization and filling of the open Chapter Lead position in Operations & Checkout Engineering as a near-term priority

Promote Functional Alignment & Communication

  • Represent the Chapter Area in TOM governance and other METRO forums (e.g., Grand Slam, Platform Syncs, ABR/QBR)
  • Serve as a functional bridge between METRO Digital, MAG, and country teams, ensuring clarity on ownership in checkout and operations technology decisions
  • Actively resolve delivery risks and blockers related to resources and capabilities, including the management of 4 temporary positions within Operations & Checkout Solution Management
  • Promote agile ways of working and drive mindset shift across Skill Chapter Leads and teams, with particular focus on the multicultural, multi-location setup across Germany, Romania, and METRO global

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with other Chapter Area Leads and Platform Leads (Operations Platform and Customer Invoice & Payment Platform) to align on strategic initiatives and drive business goals
  • Act as the technical counterpart to Business Platform Leads, providing expert advice on checkout and operations engineering topics, tooling decisions, and build-vs-buy trade-offs

Qualifications

  • Act as the product manager and delivery lead for Axon’s Finance Systems, including consolidation, revenue, close management, and reporting platforms.

  • Lead the Finance & Accounting Consolidation implementation end-to-end: scope definition, roadmap planning, delivery execution, stakeholder alignment, and value realization.

  • Own the RevStream upgrade and future revenue system enhancements, ensuring alignment with revenue recognition standards and Finance strategy.

About the role

We are seeking an exceptionally agile, versatile, and AI-native Sr. Product Operations Manager to be the lynchpin between our strategy, day-to-day operations, stakeholders, and internal teams. As Senior Product Manager, Data Platform, you will own product direction for data platform capabilities that make healthcare data usable across payer, provider, and partner environments.

This role focuses on the product foundations behind trusted data use: ingestion, mapping, normalization, validation, permissions, auditability, and delivery.

The Senior Product Manager turns ambiguous healthcare data problems into clear, buildable requirements. They work closely with engineering, data engineering, clinical, security, compliance, product, and customer-facing teams to set priorities, resolve tradeoffs, and keep work grounded in customer workflows where data quality and trust matter.

You Will:

  • Define and execute the data product strategy and roadmap aligned with company objectives, customer needs, and data-driven growth opportunities.

  • Develop business cases and investment recommendations for new platform capabilities, data services, and strategic enhancements that improve scalability, interoperability, and customer value.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data products and insights solutions.

  • Translate business requirements into data product capabilities, prioritizing initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.

  • Partner with engineering and analytics teams to develop, launch, and optimize data platforms, reporting solutions, and advanced analytics products.

  • Conduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to identify emerging data opportunities and inform product investments.

  • Define and monitor KPIs for data products, leveraging analytics to measure performance, user adoption, business impact, and continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Evaluate new data monetization opportunities, develop business cases, and assess financial impact for data-driven offerings and partnerships.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner teams to understand customer needs and uncover opportunities for data-enabled solutions.

  • Develop data product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies to drive adoption and revenue growth.

  • Partner directly with customers and strategic accounts to gather requirements, validate product-market fit, and identify opportunities for innovation.

  • Serve as the voice of the customer and business stakeholder, ensuring data products deliver actionable insights, usability, trust, and measurable value.

  • Lead stakeholder presentations, product demonstrations, and roadmap discussions to drive alignment, adoption, and engagement.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Account Management, and Sales teams to identify expansion opportunities and maximize the value of data products and analytics solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, healthcare informatics, public health, data science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • At least 5 years of product management experience, including ownership of technical products or platform capabilities.

  • Product background in data platforms, data products, interoperability, APIs, analytics, enterprise software, or healthcare technology.

  • Healthcare data background in payer, provider, or health technology settings.

  • Working knowledge of healthcare data domains such as claims, eligibility, authorizations, encounters, clinical documentation, quality, utilization management, provider, member, or patient data.

  • Familiarity with healthcare data exchange methods or standards, including HL7, FHIR, X12, APIs, flat files, EHR extracts, or clinical terminology.

  • Ability to write product requirements for data ingestion, mapping, validation, governance, delivery, reporting, or downstream use.

  • Sound judgment when data quality, privacy, security, compliance, permissions, and customer needs are in tension.

  • Ability to explain healthcare data concepts, platform decisions, risks, and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences.

Other Qualifications:

  • Prior work with utilization management, prior authorization, care management, clinical review, documentation, revenue integrity, or payer-provider handoffs.

  • Familiarity with EHR, claims, authorization, care management, revenue cycle, interoperability, or healthcare data platform systems.

  • Background building capabilities used by partners, implementation teams, third-party applications, or customer-configured workflows.

  • Understanding of audit trails, data lineage, evidence traceability, or other requirements for defensible healthcare workflow outputs.

  • Familiarity with data rights, de-identification, aggregation, customer-contributed data, or regulated healthcare data governance.

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development or agentic tooling, such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools used for product discovery, workflow analysis, prototyping, or technical collaboration.

We’re looking for an engineer-first quality leader. Someone who came up through AQE or principal engineering, thinks in systems, and is genuinely excited about what agentic AI means for quality.

You’ll lead a team of 6-10 Automation Quality Engineers, own our existing automation estate, and drive a deliberate transition toward agentic quality engineering. Deterministic pipelines today, autonomous test agents tomorrow.

What you’ll own:

  • Quality architecture. Frameworks, toolchain, and the roadmap from traditional automation to agentic solutions. You define how quality is built into the system, not bolted on at the end.
  • A team of 6-10 AQEs. Mentoring, technical direction, and running hands-on pilots alongside them as the team evolves into the agentic era.
  • The existing test automation framework (Java/JS · Selenium · Playwright). Keeping it healthy while evolving it; refactoring what needs it, retiring what doesn’t.
  • Agentic QE design. Partnering with engineering leaders to co-design deterministic agent workflows and non-deterministic (LLM-assisted) approaches, with clear human-in-the-loop governance where it matters.
  • Observability and reporting tooling. Coverage dashboards, flakiness detection, CI quality gates - the visibility layer engineers actually trust.
  • Testing AI-powered features. Behavioral validation, non-deterministic regression, and output evaluation for the product’s own agentic capabilities.
  • Internal tooling. Building tools that make the broader engineering org faster and more quality-conscious, not just the QE team.

What you’ll need:

  • 7+ years in software engineering, AQE, or SDET with a clear arc toward quality leadership
  • 5+ years hands-on with Java and/or JavaScript/TypeScript, deep enough to design novel solutions, not just configure existing ones
  • 3+ years leading AQE or engineering teams hands-on, running pilots, driving adoption, and getting their hands dirty alongside the team
  • Strong automation architecture chops: you design frameworks, not just write tests
  • Proven experience driving quality initiatives and change management across engineering teams
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted testing tools in production
  • Familiarity with agentic/LLM concepts: evaluating model outputs, handling non-determinism, and agent orchestration patterns
  • CI/CD integration, shift-left thinking, and quality-by-design fluency
  • English B2+
