The job
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Office & Travel Manager to support global travel coordination for Flo teams while partnering closely with the Office Manager on day-to-day office operations in our Vilnius office.
This is a hands-on operational role combining travel logistics and workplace operations support. The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and comfortable managing multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment
3+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, travel coordination, or administrative operations
Experience coordinating international business travel
Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
Experience working with external vendors and service providers
High attention to detail and ability to handle complex logistics
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and spreadsheets
Experience in a tech or international company
Experience using corporate travel tools (e.g. TravelPerk, Navan, Concur)
Previous experience supporting office operations or workplace management
Manage end-to-end business travel bookings including flights, accommodation, visas, and ground transportation
Ensure travel arrangements comply with company policies and budgets
Act as the main point of contact for employees requiring travel support
Manage last-minute travel changes and resolve travel-related issues
Maintain relationships with travel vendors and agencies
Support planning and logistics for company events, offsites, and team gatherings
Partner with the Office Manager on daily workflows and large-scale office projects
Assist in coordinating with vendors, building management, and service providers
Support office logistics including equipment, supplies, and workspace coordination
Assist with operational tasks related to return-to-office initiatives and office experience
Handle ad-hoc operational issues and support the team with logistical needs
Salary starting from 2600 EUR based on experience
